Setting up a member using Access/Giving Facility/Activity Access to a member


Members must be given access to your facility to be able to use the Check-in screen. See how to enter Access dates below.

 

NOTE: Access can be linked to POS, so when a member buys a 30 day membership, the Access dates are updated automatically. See Linking Check-in Activities to POS.

Entering Access dates for an existing member


On the Member tab, there is a sub tab called Access.

1.        Click the Access tab

2.        Click Edit Member(on the top).

3.        Place a check mark in the Activity you want to allow access to.

4.        If the activity has a set number of units related to it, enter a Count that will be saved as the number allowed to the facility. (If you wish to have an unlimited amount, skip this step)

5.        Enter Start and End dates (If you wish to allow only a certain number of visits, but don't want to have an expiration date, only do step 4).

6.        Click Save

Note: Activities that have the "Count Reqd" option in setup checked must have a count entered.

          Activities that are designated Special Access must have Start and End Dates.

Editing/Changing access dates


On the Member tab, there is a sub tab called Access.

1.        Click the Access tab

2.        Click EDIT (on the left).

3.        Enter new values in the Start and End dates or Count.

4.        Click SAVE (on the left).
