How to Set up Activies
1. In the Setup module,
open System, then Checkin Files, then Activities.
2. Click the plus sign at the top to add another activity.
3. Enter the activity name in the Description field.
4. Select the appropriate Code.
- NONE - Only
used in QuikChecK Pro.
- Special Access
- Means a member must be given a specific time period of start/end
dates for that activity to be able to check in.
- Checkin Default - Never select this option. It should only be used for General Access.
5. Place a check mark in Count Required
if you want QuikCheK to count down the number of visits allowed for that activity,
and to make them Red once they hit 0...
Example: Personal Training, Tanning sessions, etc...
6. Place a check mark in Instructor required if you want to track who trained
the member each time they check in for that activity.
