Member check-in does not go to hold bin

1. Please see this article first and check if your scanner and the ME barcode reader applet are properly set up.

2. Please Setup***>>Check-in Setup>>Check-in Options and select 'Place members in Hold Bin on scan'.

Click SAVE when done.
