How to Setup the Scheduler
Login >>> Click Setup >>> Click Scheduler on the left
1. On the Activities tab, add any activities that are scheduled activities...Example: PT or Aerobics, etc.
2. Place a check mark in the column "Scheduled"
Now you must specify appointment types and locations for each activity.
3. Click the Scheduler tab at the top of the screen
4. Select an Activity from the dropdown menu.
5. Add locations that will be used for this activity...Example: Room 1, Room
2, etc,....
Click the "Plus Sign" to add a new record, enter info, click the "Check
mark" to save the new record.
6. Add appointment types for the same activity....Example:
Assesment, One on One, Orientation, etc.
Click the "Plus Sign" to add a new record, enter info, click the "Check
mark" to save the new record.
Once this is done you are now ready to use the Scheduler module
