M2SYS BioSnapOn window disappears after login/BioPlugin Snap-On Adapter Settings window does not open.

When you open M2SYS BioSnapOn and access the BioPlugin Snap-On Adapter Settings, the M2SYS Biometric Scans window suddenly disappears after you click of 'Settings'login using the administrator password and the BioPlugin Snap-On Adapter Settings window does not open. Here are the steps on how to get fix this problem:

1. Open System Properties (right-click on 'My Computer and left-click on properties').
2. Go to 'Advanced' tab.
3. Open 'Settings' on 'Performance'.
4. Open 'Data and Execution Prevention'.
5. Select 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:'
6. Click on 'Add' and locate the M2SYS Biometric file under 'Program files'
7. Apply and OK.
8. Relaunch M2SYS BioSnapOn, Click on 'Settings' and login using Adiministrator password.
9. Click on 'Destination Windows' and click on 'Notepad' to assign as the 'Window Title'.
10. Enter Tilde (~) as the Prefix key and insert the same in Suffix key before {ENTER}
11. Apply and OK.
