Statements
On the Account Balances tab, you can create statements for all your members. They're very useful for keeping past due members aware of the current balance on their accounts.
On the Account Balances tab, click Select All, then click the Statement button. QuikCheK recommends running statements on no more than 200 members at a time.
Individual statements
Highlight a member, then click on the Statement button, to create a statement for that member only.
Key points to remember
* If you choose one payment type in the Payment Method box, it will be the only payment type you will see in the grid.
* Selecting the Report button will allow you to print an Account Balance Aging Report. This will print a list of members on your screen, the amount and days past due.
With the Report option you can also process late fees.
You can also view a members Account Transactions on the Account balance tab and you can also Create Batches.
