Check-in History / Attendance reports

In the members module, Toolbox, Reports will list the following reports

 

Advanced Member Usage Report

This report will show every member that has checked in during the date range you specify. You have the ability to select individual names, activities, or classes/subclasses to show on your report. This report lists member name, member #, time of check-in, activity, and the employee that checked the member in. Found in Toolbox Reports.

 

Checkins by Instructor

This report lists all members that check-in for the date range you select. It will show the Instructor/Trainer that they checked in with, the activity, and the date and time of check in. It totals all checkins for each trainer, and you can also select which trainers you would like to see on the report.

 

Check-in Messages Report

This report lists all messages

 

Corporate Account Usage Report

This report will print out a corporate accounts check-in history.

 

Daily Usage Report

This report lists all members that check-in for the date range you specify. Dates are the only selection options you have. Main use would be to see who checked in so far today. It shows the member name, member number, activity, date and time of check-in. Found in Toolbox Reports.

 

Forced Check-in Report (Red members)

This report lists all members that check-in with Red status and were forced in.

 

Low Usage Report

This report lists all members with the number of check-ins you select, within the date range you specify. For instance, everyone that checked in once in the last month. It shows the home phone, member name, address, number of check-ins, membership type, and start and end dates of the contract. Found in Toolbox Reports.

 

Silver Sneakers Report

This report lists all members that check-in for Silver Sneakers.

 

New Member Usage Report

This report lists all new members that check-in .

 

Weekly Usage Report

This report will show how many members checked in for the date range you specify. It breaks down check-ins by Activity, Category/subcategory, and by hour and day of check-in. A very useful report for monitoring peak and off peak times at the club, and for scheduling your staffing. Found in Toolbox Reports.

 

History button on the Check-in Screen

The history button will pop up a list of everyone that checked in today.

 

Individual Usage Report

This report will print out an individuals check-in history. Found on the Members Screen - History Tab - Usage tab. Enter dates at the bottom to look up usage for a specific time period.
