Projected Monthly Billing Receivables

This report shows you a projection of your monthly billing for the next 3 years. This can be found in Toolbox - Reports.

Billing report(Report button on the Bill Tab)

This report shows you everyone that is currently on your Bill tab waiting to be billed, and sorts them by payment method. Totals are at the bottom. The report shows member names, account numbers, dues amount and any open credits.

How much money did I receive, of the money that I billed?

Batch Report

The Batch Report will show you all money that WAS billed through the billing process. Go to the Billing tab, then to Process Returns, highlight your batch for the month, then click on Batch Report.

When you run the Batch report on your EFT checking batch, the total amount, will equal the amount of money you sent for draft in your ACH file, it does not count returns unless you've entered them already through process returns. 

When you run the Batch report on an invoice batch, the total amount is what was billed out. To see what was received, you should run the Payment on Account report for the month. This report is located in the Toolbox. And will show all payments that were received through POS, throughout the month.

When you run the Batch report for EFT Credit Cards, the totals will reflect the total billed, and what portion was Approved or Declined when the batches were run. The total approved should match what was deposited into your clubs bank account.

Batch Summary Report

The Batch Summary Report will show you all money that WAS billed through the billing process and also a summary of money that was received. This report can be found in the Toolbox. Enter the date range for the billing period you would like to view.

Batch Totals Report

The Batch Totals Report will breakdown the billing batches that you have run and sort them by credit card type and check draft amounts. This report can be found in the Toolbox. Enter the date range for the billing period you would like to view.
