Linking Check-In Activities to POS Items
Example: Ring up a ten pack of personal training in POS, and the member will automatically get a 10 count of the PT activity on the Access tab. QuikChek will then countdown those sessions when you check them in.
1. Enter QuikCheK SETUP.
2. Click on System, Check-in files, Activities
3. Add a PT activity on the right
by clicking the plus sign, entering the description and setting the code to
Special Access. Place a check mark in Countdown, then click your check mark
to save.
4. After you have saved your activity you must highlight the activity name,
and click Change Time Blocks on the right. Click New Time Block at bottom. Click
OK. This procedure tells QuikCheK when your activity takes place.
5. Go to Categories.
6. Add a POS category called PT
7. Go to Items
8. Highlight your PT category in the center column
9. On the right, click on the + to add an item, click in description and enter
"10 pack of PT", click tab and enter the price.
10. Set the Check-in link activity (bottom of screen) to the PT activity.
11. Enter 10 for the Count.
12. Click the check mark (top of screen) to SAVE.
Anytime you now sell this item in POS, the member will automatically receive a 10 count of the PT activity in their Access tab on the Member screen. They will then be allowed to check-in 10 times for PT.
MOST IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!
Before you can sell the item to a member you must give the member access to that activity on the ACCESS tab! Place a check mark in the Activity on that members Access tab before selling!
