My Pictures are blurry or fuzzy

If your pictures are coming out fuzzy when you take pictures, check the circular dial on the front of the camera. That will adjust the focus of your webcam. Be sure to have the Take Picture window open so you can see what you're focusing.

If the pictures on the member screen are blurry or fuzzy.

1. Login to QC setup.

2. Open Workstation, then Mmgmt Hardware.

3. Check the Picture Quality settings at the bottom. You may want to choose Slower Display/Higher Quality to see a more crisper picture.
