To create or add employee, follow these steps:
1. Open Setup.
2. Click Employee Setup on the left.
3. Click Add New under Employee Setup.
4. Enter the required information. Please note that the user name must be in lower case. If the employee is a trainer, please make sure the Trainer checked.
5. Click Save.To modify the employee details, simply click the employee name under Employees list and make the necessary changes. Click Save when done.
To activities to trainers, follow these steps:
1. Open Setup.
2. Click Employee Setup on the left.
3. Click the tainer name under Trainer Setup.
4. Click Add new. Select an activity and enter the rate. Click Save when done.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 to add more activities.

2. Click Employee Setup on the left.
3. Click Department Setup.
4. Click Add New and enter the name of the department (Frontdesk, Administration, etc.).
5. Click Save when done.

2. Click Employee Setup
3. Click Work Schedule.
4. Select the employee under the Employees list.
5. Select the day you want to assign shift hours for in the employee's work schedule field.
6. Click Add Shift. Provide a name for it in the Description field (eg. Mon Shift) Set the Start Time and End Time. Make sure the Active checkbox is marked. (Note that you can add multiple shift hours for a day and only enable what applies by marking the Active checkbox.)
7. Click Save when done.
