1. What is Quikchek Cloud?

Quikchek Cloud is a web-based version of QuikChek. It runs on the browser. No desktop installation required. You can login to Quikchek Cloud using computer or mobile devices anytime wherever you have internet access.

2. What is the difference between the regular QuikChek and Quikchek Cloud in terms of functions?

Quikchek and Quikchek Cloud are virtually the same in functions. One major advantage of Quikchek Cloud over Quikchek is that it runs on the browser and data is being handled by a web server. In case your computer crashes, your data is tightly kept is a safe place.

3. Do I need to set up server in order to share data across the site?

No. QuikChek Cloud is a web-based application. We handle the data management on a centralized server and that makes you able to login and access your data anywhere with internet access.

4.How much does Quikchek Cloud cost?

5. Where can I find the training materials for Quikchek Cloud?

We provide a 30-minute training package available for purchase.. We can also set up an appointment for a short product demo. Please call 954-575-7160 for more info.

6. What browser do you recommend for Quikchek Cloud?

While Quikchek Cloud runs on any browser, we recommend using Google Chrome for uniformity in settings. You can download Google Chrome browser here.

7. I have tons of data. Do I need to re-enter all of them should I decide to switch to Quikcheck Cloud?

Not at all. We will handle the data conversion for you. Please contact us to set up an appointment with one of our reps to get your backup data that will then be converted for Quikcheck Cloud.

8. How long does data conversion take?

It takes 24-48 hours to complete the data conversion from the time the backup data was collected.

9. Can I still use QuikChek while the conversion is ongoing?

Yes. We will manually add the data entered after the backup data has been collected once your Quikchek Cloud account is live.

10. How can I prevent my employees from accessing QuikChek Cloud Report page?

You can set access security level for your employees. Please see here.

11. Is there a limit on the number of Quikchek Cloud users per site?

No. You can add as many users as needed.

12. Will my current receipt printer work with Quikchek Cloud POS?

Abslolutely! There is no need to replace a printer when you switch to Quikchek Cloud. Should you encounter issues with the print quality, please contact us so we can adjust some minor settings for you .

13. I just recently switched to QuikChek Cloud and I am planning to set up door controller. Is Quikchek Cloud capable of handling this function?

Yes. Just like the regular Quikchek, the Cloud version also supports this funtionality. Please call 954-575-7160 to set up a tech support appointment.

14. I am using XCharge for payment processing. What payment processing software do you recommend if I switch to Quikchek Cloud?

We recommend Payment Logistics for QuikChek Cloud. Please visit Payment Logistics website for more info.

15. I want open Quikchek Cloud on my browser automatically without typing the website in the address bar. Is it possible?

100% YES! You can set Quikchek Cloud as your default homepage. Please call 954-575-7160 so we can assist you in doing so.

16. Is Quikchek Cloud available in other countries? If so, is there another way to contact you?
