HOW TO EDIT EXISTING CALL RESULTS FOR LEADS

To edit existing call results for leads, simply go to Setup and follow these steps:

1. Click the "Leads" tab
2. Click the "Call Results" button.
3. Select the Call result to edit (left pane) 
4. Edit Name.
5. Click "Save".
