HOW TO CREATE/ADD EMAIL TEMPLATES FOR LEADS

To create or add email template for the leads, simply go to Setup and follow these steps:

1. Click the "Leads" tab
2. Click the "Emails" button.
3. Click "Add New" (upper right).
4. Enter required information.
5. Click "Save".
