HOW TO CREATE/ADD CONTACT TYPE

To create or add contact type, go to Setup and follow these steps:

1. Click the "Leads" tab
2. Click the "Contact Types" button.
3. Click "Add New" (upper right).
4. Enter name.
5. Click "Save".
