Software Updates QuikCheK Version 7.05

Always getting better. That's the story of Quikchek. New features like a redesigned check-in screen, new colors, a PT Payroll generator, new reports on memberships, guest check-in. All that and more, make QuikCheK 7.0 an excellent choice when it comes to club management software.

NEW Features!

-Dropped Memberships report - lists all members that have dropped off within the date range you specify

-POS Adjustments report - lists all POS adjustments, Petty cash transactions, Credit Card refunds done thru POS

-Created a utility in setup to remove or edit your Transaction Descriptions that you create for Manual Transactions(accounts screen)

-Moved Calculator to right side of Member screen

-Guest button added to Check-in Screen

-Added double click to the Calendar on the member screen to show a REAL calendar! (just in case you need a calendar?)

-New Memberships report - lists all new members contract detail in the date range you specify

-Memberships report - lists all Active members with the memberships you select

-Membership breakdown - lists all new contracts and dropped contracts by month - includes one year from today

-Added ability to assign points to check-in activities and view how many points a member has on their history screen

-Changed Sincerely on Postcards to read the club name instead of the sales rep.

-Removed ability to delete employees in setup - deleting employees would remove all links for many functions done thru Quikchek, Pos transactions, check-ins, new records, to keep this history we've added the ability to Deactivate employees….so you will keep the history of ALL employees forever but you can deactivate them so they cannot login

-Created Decline Report option on the batch report to print declines only

-Added the current count to the history of a countdown activity on the history tab. So you can see how many sessions a member had of tanning or PT each time they checked in.
New ICVerify interface completed

-Modified Check-in screen - easier to read and view a member's status

-Added ability to Assign Messages to a group of members all at once

-Added ability to Create Group on the Bill tab

-Added option to see Account transactions as they were originally entered, or split after applied.

-Try the show details check mark.

-NEW Report viewer - nicer, neater, actually a pleasure to look at. And a few new reports to boot.
