This letter is to let you know why and
how I feel and believe in the QuikCheK
Member Management Program. After being
in the gym and fitness business over
33 years, I have learned not to buy
a product sight unseen, without first
using, testing, and talking to other
users already using the product to make
sure the product delivers what it says
it will deliver.
I started my
career in the gym and fitness business
in 1967 with European Health Spas.
I have run and managed from one club
to nine clubs. I believe the one area
where the one club to the nine club
owner falls behind is in the area
of collecting membership fees. The
average figure for lost monthly membership
dues seems to fall between 10% to
15%.
This past December
at the Athletic Business/HRSA Trade
Show in Orlando, I investigated all
the software program vendors for membership
dues collection and processing. I
got it down to four vendors, and after
looking into the product, meeting
the people behind the product, and
talking to the people who use the
product, I chose your company.
Let me explain
why. Over the years after being in
business, I was taught and learned
that there is no other advertisement
like a good reputation. Your reputation
shows the integrity and square dealing
of what you are, and what you represent,
and what you stand for and believe
in.
I can sincerely
say that your company has a great
reputation, and your people; really
make a BIG DIFFERENCE. Your people;
exemplified a "be of service",
"I care", and "go the
extra mile" attitude in helping
me with my application in setting
up my system in my Club. I really
feel I have received a quality product
with quality service. My heartfelt
thanks to you and all the fine peoples
who work with you, and the service
that has been shown to me.
